Very-Well Said, LLC was established in April of 2004 by Speech and Language Pathologist, Andrea E. Brown-White, M.A., CCC-SLP.
Very-Well Said, LLC has provided services in a variety of areas including:
Early Intervention (Birth to 3)
SLP services to Elementary, Intermediate, and High School populations
Accent modification
Public Speaking
Parent and Caregiver training
Very-Well Said, LLC has worked with a variety of delays and disorders, including but not limited to:
Articulation delays
Expressive and receptive language delays
Pragmatic language delays
Autism, Downs Syndrome, Specific Language Impairment (SLI)
Feeding delays
Very-Well Said, LLC has worked with English as a Second Language (ESL) populations as well as other at-risk students. Very-Well Said, LLC works closely with other professionals, including but not limited to: Speech Pathologists, Clinical Fellows in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, Reading Specialists and Social Workers. Our staff has received training in PROMPT (www.promptinstitute.com), oral motor strengthening (Debra Beckman and Sara Rosenfeld Johnson), and oral-motor/sensory feeding programs (Lori Overland, Sequential Oral Sensory and Food Chaining).

Andrea E. Brown-White, M.A., CCC-SLP
Ms. Brown-White obtained her Undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston University in 1997 and was graduated from Temple University, Magna Cum Laude with a Masters in Communication Disorders in 2001. Ms. Brown-White is an ASHA certified Speech Pathologist with current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) certification. She is licensed in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia and New York. She has supervised up to 10 Clinical Fellows (CF’s) during the required 9-month clinical certification period.
Ms. Brown-White has practiced Speech Language Pathology for over 20 years. She has extensive training and practice in Early Intervention, Accent Modification as well as experience working with students at risk of dropping out, students that have behavioral and emotional disabilities, and students aging out of secondary education. Very-Well Said, LLC has maintained productivity levels of 90% and above, consistently providing speech related services to all of their clients.
Ms. Brown-White’s other accomplishments include guest lecturing at University of Maryland College Park, Catholic University, Temple University, and Brooklyn College.
All Speech Pathologists that contract with Very-Well Said, LLC are required to maintain their licenses in Speech Language Pathology and their CCC’s in Washington D.C or whatever state in which they are providing services.
